A Beacon of Purpose-Driven Education Founded in 1992 by Shastri Swami Dr. Premswarup Dasji, under the blessings of Acharyashri Tejendraprasadji Maharaj, Swaminarayan University began as Shree Swaminarayan Vishvamangal Gurukul (SSVG). Rooted in the principles of Bhakti and Seva, it has blossomed into a vibrant institution dedicated to uplifting society through value-based education, cutting-edge research, and compassionate service.

Healthcare Services The on-campus PSM Hospital provides comprehensive healthcare services, including free consultations and affordable diagnostic services like CT scans and MRIs, embodying the university's commitment to community well-being.

Our sacred mission is not limited to producing engineers, Ayurvedic, Physiotherapist and homoeopathy doctors, pharmacists, or nurses. Our true purpose is to shape human beings of character professionals rooted in values, compassion, discipline, and service. Education, in its highest form, must awaken conscience, refine conduct, and create individuals who uplift society and strengthen the nation.

The world is changing at an unprecedented pace, and with it, the responsibility of universities has become far greater. In this transformative time, Swaminarayan University must rise beyond versatility and move decisively toward focused excellence and super-specialization. Keeping this in mind, I envision Swaminarayan University to undergo a transition from versatility to super specialty. Our Vision is to make Swaminarayan University a name to reckon with in the academic fraternity by giving a strong impetus to creating an environment of knowledge application and holistically inspiring students to become eminent leaders of tomorrow. 21st Century learning is not just about learning knowledge but how to consturct it and apply it to life.

Our aim at Swaminarayan University is to shape the achievers of future and equip them with intrinsic values, state of the art skills and top class capabilities to shine in their chosen field. Swaminarayan University offers the best of infrastructure, libraries stocked with excellent books, state of the art laboratories, creative project facilities and an enabling and conducive environment for learning. It has as proactive faculty base consisting of highly qualified reputed, knowledgeable teachers who are always accessible, extensive students interaction is encouraged through seminars, guest lectures, project works, and colloquiuns etc. There are ample opportunities for students to showcase their varied talents. We believe that this creates a healthy, holistic self that motivates them towards becoming better human beings and productive citizens.

Time is a limited resource. If the students have the ambition to make a mark in any field the only way is to choose the right direction and strive to achieve the goal. I believe that students and Faculty are like the missiles, and can sky rocket their aspirations, materialize them and become global citizens.
