Dr. Jinesh Shah is an education and professional-development leader associated with skill development, vocational education, industry–academia collaboration and career-oriented learning. As the Dean of the Faculty of Skill & Vocational Education at Swaminarayan University, he contributes to the development and expansion of practical, industry-focused education initiatives.

His professional approach focuses on creating stronger connections between academic education and real-world industry requirements, with an emphasis on employability, practical competencies, professional development and career readiness.

As Dean, he is involved in initiatives aimed at building a strong ecosystem of skilling partners, training organisations, industry institutions and educational stakeholders. His work includes supporting collaborations that provide learners with opportunities to acquire relevant skills and improve their preparedness for the changing workforce.

Dr. (Adv.) Gagandeep Singh Chandhok is an education-sector professional, entrepreneur and institutional leader with a strong focus on skill development, vocational education, industry collaboration and employability-oriented learning.

With a vision of making education more practical, accessible and aligned with the evolving requirements of industry, he has been associated with initiatives focused on strengthening the connection between education, skills and employment. His professional journey reflects an emphasis on building institutional partnerships and developing education models that provide learners with opportunities for practical and industry-relevant learning.

As Director of the Faculty of Skill & Vocational Education at Swaminarayan University, he contributes towards advancing skill-based and vocational education initiatives, industry partnerships, institutional collaborations and workforce-oriented learning pathways.

His approach is centred on the principle that education should not be limited to academic knowledge alone. Learners should also receive opportunities to develop practical skills, professional competencies, workplace exposure and entrepreneurial capabilities that can support their long-term careers.
